Professional Tasks:

• Pre-sales activities: accumulation, analysis, formalization of requirements (as is / as to be), presentations of solutions, products and technical demonstrations

• Preparation of pre-sale documentation: commercial offers, specifications, explanatory notes, technical requirements, PMI, presentations, cover letters, case descriptions

• Project and technical consulting at all stages of the life cycle of the relationship with the client, including the after-sales period

• Development of complex integration solutions in order to achieve the maximum degree of compatibility of the company's products with the existing technologies of the client

• Participation in the configuration / installation of software and equipment for pilot and commercial projects

• Technical implementation of the company's products when piloting or testing products at the customer's site

• Technical advice for the first and second level of support at the stage of testing projects

• Analysis of requests and "feedback" from customers, formalization and preparation of proposals for product improvement

• Participation in webinars, conferences, international forums, blogs

• Consulting business and technology partners

 

Requirements:

• Engineering / IT education

• B2B experience from 3 years

• Work experience in information technology from 2 years

• Experience as an engineer, technical consultant or pre-sale manager

• Technical English

• Communication skills, competent speech, ability to convey information in understandable language

 

Additional experience:

• Presentation skills

• Customer development & Solution Selling

• Basic principles of operation and technical characteristics of network and server equipment, technical operation of IT equipment and IT systems

• Availability of practical skills in OS administration (Windows / Linux / Unix - OS installation, configuration, understanding of the principles of operation of the main system and application services)

• Knowledge of the main virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft and etc.)

• Knowledge of the basic principles of organization and functioning of IP -telephony and Unified Communications

• Understanding the principles of the Microsoft AD, LDAP directory service

• Knowledge and understanding of the main network protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, TLS, SIP)

• Understanding of the principles of construction and functioning of local networks (switching, routing, high availability)

• Availability of troubleshooting skills using Wireshark, Nmap
